Revised edition of the CSIC Code of Good Scientific Practices is now published

Spanish CSIC has published a new revised edition of the CSIC Code of Good Scientific Practices.

The CSIC Code of Good Scientific Practices is applicable to all CSIC’s research staff, including those in training and in technical and support staff. The code is also applicable to personnel outside the institution, who undertake scientific activity at the CSIC.

The document gives detailed advice to research involving human subjects and animal research, as well as general codes of conduct on safety, health and environmental protection, evaluation tasks, training, leadership, supervision, and collaboration in science. The code covers all steps of research process from research management to science communications and dissemination of results.
